Nellie McKay a top-rated singer and entertainer volunteered to perform. As did The Duke Ellington Legacy Band, lead by Edward K. Ellington II, the grandson of the jazz legend. The Band performed on board throughout the cruise to make this a truly memorable event. Nellie joined in and sang a couple of Duke Ellington songs.
